The Itinerary
Just 30 minutes from Quebec City, three of eastern Canada's top ski hills cluster together: Stoneham, Mont-Sainte-Anne and Le Massif de Charlevoix. A weekend loop lets you ski all three in one road trip.
Stoneham, in the Jacques-Cartier Valley, is the family hill with night skiing until 10pm, award-winning terrain park and 42 runs. Mont-Sainte-Anne on the river's north shore offers 71 runs including the legendary La Crête and access to 200+ km of summer mountain biking. Le Massif de Charlevoix in Petite-Rivière-Saint-François is the only North American resort where you ski facing the St. Lawrence with a 770 m vertical (the largest east of the Rockies).
The Train de Charlevoix along the river between Quebec City and La Malbaie completes the trip perfectly — especially in chill mode after a ski day.
