The Itinerary

Saint-Hyacinthe is nicknamed Quebec's "agri-food capital." The city is home to the National Agriculture School, dozens of dairy companies and one of Canada's most important agricultural exhibitions.

The Yamaska River crosses the city and offers pleasant cycling paths. The Saint-Hyacinthe Agricultural Exhibition (August) is one of Quebec's largest fairs with rides, farm animals and equestrian competitions.
