The Itinerary
From the Laurentians, beautiful secondary roads connect to the Outaouais through hills and lakes without ever touching a highway.
Leaving Mont-Tremblant or Saint-Jovite, Route 327 then Route 323 descend toward the Lièvre valley. The small town of Buckingham, once a papermill capital, marks the entry into the Outaouais.
This route is ideal in autumn for fall colours or in winter for snowmobile enthusiasts. It also serves the backcountry outfitters and ZECs of the Laurentian-Outaouais hinterland.
